We started Blue Spruce to be that company in Southern Oregon: small on purpose, careful by default, and clear about money from the first conversation to the final accounting.
We research what items actually sell for in this market and price to that evidence — not to guesswork, and never to a number chosen to impress you at the consultation.
One point of contact, plain-language agreements, and updates at every stage. Out-of-area families get photos and reports as work progresses.
